Two bugs. One has gone unfixed since 6.2

Steps:
1. Character movement/rotation is now tied to camera settings on the gear screen (including when trying on gear). This was not the case before. So now if my camera movement is set to inverted, the movement of my character on the equipment screen is also inverted. This is on PS4 client. This is new since 6.3
2. Mount/pet hotbar has been broken since 6.2. I've filed an in-game report months ago but it's still broken. Previously, when summoning a mount which has a mount action, the hotbar did NOT automatically switch to pet/mount hotbar. Now it does. There's an option to disable it, but the option does nothing. The only way to stop this behavior from happening is to disable the pet hotbar entirely, which is not what I want to do.
