[PS4Pro]Version 9.88 Cannot Download

Hello, since the hotfix I have been unable to download to newest version of Final Fantasy XIV on my Sony Playstation 4 system.

Whenever I start the download it stops at "preparing" at 3% and gives me the error.

"An error occured on the server.
(HTTP Status Code : 503)
(CE-40868-6)"

I would like to know if anyone else is currently experiencing this problem.

I have reset my modem and router and checked my Ethernet connection utilizing a Network Cable Tester to make sure the cable itself is not damaged yet the problem persists.

I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing this issue with downloading the title on your Playstation 4 console. The error code CE-40868-6 appears to be specific to the console and my suggestion is to possibly contact Playstation Suppport for further assistance.
As it does seem to be connection related it appears you've done some basic network troubleshooting already, I'd also like to suggest the following:
- Ensure that "Cookies" and "Javascript" are enabled on the PSN browser. This can be done by opening the browser, pressing the options button then going into the "Settings" menu. Ensure that the options for both are checked, if they are you may refresh the setting by unchecking and rechecking them back on.
