Additional Garlean Fashion Inspiration

Lately I’ve been obsessed with these sort of outfits back from the eras where the latest Garlean fashion seems to have drawn inspiration from, and I think that they would be good to have as all-class glamour items. Especially when paired with a Victory Curls hairstyle, which I believe was one of the runner ups in the last hairstyle competition that happened quite some time ago, and a gelled hairstyle for men.

I don't feel like the Babil sets are a close enough fit to them, and given that other themes and eras have received multiple variations of certain outfits I see no reason as to why Garlean fashion should be the exception.

Eh, no, I don't think that's a good idea unless we wanna see some wannabe neo-nazis in the game.

The photos are from actors portraying Soviet forces from the Allies. This fashion is not offensive and if it does bother you then I'm sorry but that's on you. Let's not be so quick to throw out nonsensical accusations like that at people next time, eh? If I have to endure the armies of catgirls wearing the 2b outfit then I'm sure you can stomach someone in Garlean clothing.

given the current world climate and politics, I do not see any reason this "style" should be brought into the game.

not to mention ANY clothing that olive drab can be applied to is not really all that fashionable personally.

An army of catgirls is rather innocent compared to people forming lines in military gear attempting to RP or represent some either Soviet or Nazi forces. It's not about being offensive to me only, but it's a really, really terrible idea you've had so far. It's about understanding the why it would be a bad idea and cause more issues and backlash in the long run. I've already seen some RP in PF the other day (late at night, that is) about some concentration camp between a soldier and a prisoner.

It's just messed up. You failing to see that just reveals your true colors. Sorry.

What happens in the real world stays in the real world and what happens in the game stays in the game. If you can't understand that then kindly please keep your comments to yourself.

Garlean fashion (and the confirmed yet oddly absent coming Legatus gear) and other faction outfits like for Ascians, etc are otherwise staples as earnable gear in MMORPGs, just look at what WoW does.

Yet here, people seem to cast people who want to dress up differently as actual bad guys? Can we seriously not do this? Goodness.

if you want army clothing you can go and play games that include those, such as war games and other games of the likes, this has no place in FF, just stop already

We already have enough Garlean fashion, there's really no need for more of that since Garlean military no longer exists. We don't have to do the same thing as WoW does because both FFXIV and WoW have different worlds and ideals.
