Enkindle Bahamut not being activated while in motion

1. Summon Bahamut
2. Keep the NPC moving
3. Press enkindle Bahamut while its still in motion

I don't know if this should be labeled as a bug or as a coding issue with the way this skill works, but the issue with the enkindle Bahamut skill.

If the Demi-Bahamut summon is in motion after you summon it and you press the enkindle Bahamut skill, the summon won't fire off the attack until it has stopped moving. I've noticed this in Heaven on High more than anywhere because I'm constantly in motion. There have even been cases where the skill doesn't go off at all because I'm running around and didn't stop.
