Main Menu Text on PS5

I have an issue with the in game main menu text color on PS5. In game when you press the "start" button and it brings up the Main Menu, Characters, Duty, Logs, Travel, etc....with all the other menus under each, like Currency, Armoury Chest, Inventory etc...all under the "Character" section. This text is an extremely light color, so much so that in any bright in game environment during the day especially; it is near impossible to see the text.

I find myself running to a wall for a dark backround etc...just to be able to open my inventory or any other desired menu. For whatever reason the Theme settings do not apply to this menu so even though I have dark theme chosen, it only applies once im actually in said menu.

Ie...I dont get the benefit of dark theme that I see in my Inventory unless I click inventory 1st, the issue being that I often cannot see the word "Inventory" because of the 4k brightness and unchangeable menu text color palette.
