Group Pose mode is not automatically activating "Stop Time/Weather" setting

Group Pose mode used to automatically turn on the "Stop Time/Weather" setting to pause the time of day while taking screenshots. This has not been working recently, I believe starting from the launch of patch 6.3, and it is an inconvenience when taking screenshots as in most cases you need to immediately turn it on manually.

Steps:

1. Activate Group Pose mode in a zone where the time/weather can be paused (e.g. field zones).

2. Open the Group Pose Settings control panel and observe that the "Stop Time/Weather" button in the top row is not active, and that the time of day in the game world continues to change.

3. Note that it used to be turned on automatically when Group Pose mode was activated.
