[Request] Make waymarks saveable in the open world

Now that we have way more slots to save waymarks to I'd love it if we could save the waymarks outside of instanced areas.

My usecase for this is gathering. I often need to gather some mats in large quantities and resort to placing down waymarks close to the location the ressource nodes spawn.
This allows me to simply fly from letter to letter instead of using "Lay of the land" or something else. This is a nice QOL improvement especially when collection hundreds of one ressource.

For this reason I would be quite happy to save some marks so I can simply reload them when I'm out collecting said ressource the next time.
