Jan 29th Results - Supply/Demand for Med/Large your server?

FFXIV team: This really needs to be addressed - wards are a lovely idea, but there isn't enough Supply for the Demand. Individual Instances seems like the only sustainable path forward.

Other thought as I cruise around my island: We have instances already, let me build whatever size house I want there. I will pay the same amount of gil if necessary.

Balmung needs A LOT of Large, Medium.

Like it's redicilous ( appologies english isn't my first language.) Balmung privates having to compete with FC's and some FC's even bid on privates to troll, and prevent others from getting a house, said FC wins, then relocates, then does the same the next lottery period.

I agree with need instanced. And I’m going for a small! These past 2 lotto cycles were the best odds we’re probably ever going to see, and I lost yet again.

I had the same thought

Square needs to fix housing. Either instances. Or make sure that people who can get a house. GETS IT. This is so dumb at this point.

Its too easy for people to compete for "the best"

The result is that there is far too much competition for it. The fact that first time buyers are competing for the "Endgame" housing lots is a good indicator of that.

here is an idea if ppl want a house they need to verify a single service account only and only that account can get a plot...too many folks with multiple accounts have multiple plots and also lowering the gil limit cap to 40 mil it would solve alot of things...
