Suggestion for character/gear preview window

Is it possible to move the camera up and down within the preview window? or change the character pose, or make it full screen, or at least have a different background? Anything would be better than what we have now.
The problem I have with it is, when I try on an axe for example, my character holds it in such a way where I can only see the thin side of the weapon and I can’t see anything else since the camera only goes left/right.
I know it’s not a big deal to a lot of people, but it’s really irritating sometimes.
