My characters are on Primal, but my savage team is on Crystal so I hop over there for raid nights. Before 6.3 it would take under a minute almost every time, usually only 20-30 seconds. Since 6.3 it has been upwards of 10-12 minutes every time.

Took 15 minutes going to aether last night, then 15 minute to return to crystal.
Heard someone claim it took them 25 minutes to go to primal recently.
It took me 1-2 minutes before 6.3, and I went shopping over the weekend across all data centers, and each journey took 1-2 minutes
