“did not win” with the winning number?

I sent a ticket already, and I was told to post it on the forums as well. I “lost” with the number 2 during the housing lottery today, but the “winning number” is also listed as “2”, i’ve also seen the other 2 participants come and go, i assume they lost as i have the winning number. what do?
