Date & Time: whenever attire is equipped
Frequency: On any dark skinned character
Steps:
1. Own a character with dark colored skin
2. Equip the attire
3. Observe the fishnets, and realize that the transparency is not working, creating a white leg.
I would love to buy this for one of my other characters, but the fishnets is ruining it for me
