Steps:
1. Accept quest "Unholy Matrimony" from NPC Bobonima
2. Travel to the Steps of Thal and begin interacting with "Exposed Walls"
3. Cannot hang poster at coordinates. Other two posters can be hung without issue.
I'm trying to complete this quest on an alt (Kokomomo Totomomo on Goblin) and encountered the same issue. I have successfully completed this quest on other characters in the past so it definitely seems like some recent change (I only started playing FFXIV a year ago) broke it. Wanted to add myself to the list of folks who have experienced this issue and found no resolution.
I have this bug too. I tried reinstalling the game. It did not fix it.
