Losing Mats while Transfering to a Retainer?

Had 11 different not cheap (bought with Astronomies) in my character's inventory that I want to transfer to one of my retainers. Chose "Entrust to Retainer" to move them. Went foine for the first 10. On the 11th, it didn't show up in my Retainer's window (plenty of space) but it sure disappeared from my inventory. Spent a long time trying to figure out what happened... all to no avail.

Wanted tii fie a ticket, but SE sure makes it almost impossible to do such... there is no "File a Ticket" or "Contact GM" that is apparent. I looked through the FAQs in the Support Desk but nothing came close to what my concern is (getting my stuff back!).

I filed a bug report (seems obvious to me it was a failure in the game to acknowledge the action I chose) now let's see if anyone actually contacts me.

My question is has this ever happened to anyone else? If so, did it ever get resolved and you get your mats back? I did have an issue once where I lost about 250k... I was making deposits for housing plots and noticed when I got my last one that I was short. Of course I did not know if it occurred then or one of the previous ones... I KNOW they can fairly easily check this via the logs, but that takes some effort... they denied me saying "working as intended." I am concerned that they will blow me off...

you sure you didnt accidentally clicked on sell instead of entrust to retainer? if so they are prop lost

So this isnt an issue ive heard of before. Just to be sure this isnt an easily solvable issue, try this. Next time youre in game, use the command /isearch ______ and where the blank is, put one of the words in the name of the item. That should give you a list of every item you own that includes that word(so if for instance i misplaced some Moonshine Twine i could use "/isearch moon" and get a list that would include the twine and any other items i have with the word "moon" in the name). Then find this particular item on the list, and using the contextual menu(right click if you use K/M) pick the "Search For Item" option. This will give you a list of where every copy of that item you own is, including the page of the inventory, along with just a general count of how many total there were. Hopefully this helps.

My bad, turns out I had a few pieces of the item in my bags, so it went there! BUT good ti about the search command, I didn't know it had a command line option.
