Regarding the End of macOS Catalina Support (Jan. 15, 16)

Square Enix support for the macOS Catalina version of FINAL FANTASY XIV will end on Tuesday, March 7, 2023.

You will likely be able to play FINAL FANTASY XIV on macOS Catalina even after the end of support. However, after we discontinue support, we will as a general rule no longer be able to provide support for problems arising as a result of the operating system.

Square Enix may respond to requests for technical support regarding macOS Catalina issues after the end of support, but such informal support will be limited, on a case-by-case basis, and is not guaranteed.
