6.3 Raid Curiosity Question *Spoilers*

Does anyone know who the English VA is for Althyk? He sounds SO familiar. I thought it was Emet's at first. Then maybe Zenos's. Someone else said it was Hythlodeus's VA, and another said it sounded like Urianger's. Does anyone know for certain who is it? It's driving me nuts cause my brain keeps saying he sounds familiar. xD

I do not know for certain, but I thought he sounded like Emet's VA for sure.
