So, I understand why they changed the shop. To prevent people from trying to scam people out of their money by buying a gift code then upping the price. At least that's what I assume. I just want to know why exactly this was implemented.

I think they were forced to react to the amount of fraudulent activity happening that was getting them into trouble to a degree that could have blacklisted SE from payment gateways and prevented them from operating as a business.
the question is, was it in jp language or English. always best to ask that, before making conclusions
