Division of stacks as per settings in HUD (Display Others' Enhancements in Group 4)

As seen in the image here: https://ibb.co/HTqGfZk the separation of buffs seems off. Why would my AA stacks be considered "Others' Enhancements" in this scenario? If I swap to "Prioritize Own Enhancements" it goes back but I fear also "others' enhancements" will also show there. I could be wrong, but I assumed only my own enhancements would show in "Status Info (Enhancements)" and "Status Info (Other)" is well, for others'.

I assume this isn't working as intended but I could very well be wrong? I just don't understand it right now.
