[Island Sanctuary] First Hour of the cycle shows incorrect supply for first craft

Frequency: Nearly every day, on the first hour of every day you have a workshop craft working in your workshop. This has been ongoing for months now, and usually happens, but doesn't 100% of the time.

Steps:
1. Open the Supply & Demand chart on any Cycle, during the first hour after reset (3a-3:59a EST).
2. The first item you are currently crafting in your workshop incorrectly shows as a supply level higher than it actually is.
3. This bug is purely visual and has no actual effect on value.
4. Example: Today, the first item in my Workshop Agenda is Parsnip Salad. It's currently showing in the Supply & Demand as "Sufficient - Increasing", but it's supposed to show as "Insufficient - Increasing".
5. In 1 hour (4a EST), it will correctly show "Insufficient - Increasing" instead, before the item is even finished crafting.
