Disconnected mid-duty yesterday, still cannot login

Cannot log into my main Muad'dib Atreides. Character was disconnected mid-duty on the Excalibur server January 11th, 2023.

Attempting to log in to Muad'Dib Attreides (currently on a different world server) loads into the "This World is currently full" queue. After 10-15 seconds, there is a loading screen, leading to a popup "Connection with the server was lost" 90002.

Attempting to load this character into the home server, a notice says "character was logged out or disconnected mid-duty. Unable to process World Visit request."

Other characters can log in to other servers just fine, this problem is singularly with Muad'Dib Atreides.

Is there anything I can do here? Is there a better place to submit a ticket of some sort?

I am sorry to hear that you've been experiencing issues with logging onto a specific character. Upon double checking, it does appear that the Primal Data center was experiencing some issues on Jan. 10, 2023 (PST) Some issues were detected and emergency maintenance was performed on Jan. 12 2023 10:00PM to Jan. 13, 2023 1:20AM (PST) which was announced on the lodestone. I'd like to ask if you're still unable to login to the intended character at this time and if you are getting any other error prompts or crashing from any other characters on the account? Also has this has occurred before or has this only happened on the date mentioned?

Thankfully, I am now able to login. The maintenance seemed to work! Thank you :D
