Just a top and headpiece would be enough IMO, it could transform to your second photo on male characters.
I've wanted to make a joke glamour for a while (on a male character) with the Crescent Moon nightcap and slippers plus the beach waistwrap thing you can get from the marketboard, as a "got teleport-yanked into battle on my way to the bath" look.
