Known Issues After Patch 6.3 (Jan. 10, 11)

As of Jan. 10, 2023 (PST)/Jan. 11, 2023 (GMT/AEDT), we have identified the issues listed below.
The issues are being investigated and addressed, and additional information will follow as the situation develops.

[Current Known Issues]
- Disconnecting from servers may occur due to heavy server loads during peak times causing servers to go down in certain situations.

- Client may freeze or crash due to heavy loads from running the client for an extended period in certain situations.

* With the above two issues, there may be an issue with the measures introduced with Patch 6.3 that were supposed to reduce the burden on the servers, so this investigation is taking the highest priority. We ask for your patience as we work on resolving these issues.

The above issues have been addressed and countermeasures have been taken during the maintenance performed from Jan. 12, 2023 10:00 p.m. to Jan. 13, 2023 1:20 a.m. (PST) / Jan. 13, 2023 6:00 to 9:20 (GMT) / Jan. 13, 2023 17:00 to 20:20 (AEDT).
