lots of people getting 90002

leviathan server has been getting 90002 a lot today

Having the same issue. Started out of the blue last night after playing all day long, I got disconnected and now I cannot login to any Primal worlds. I can manage to get into other Data Centers just fine, but with the limitations in playing in another DC I can't do anything I need on them, so basically I can't play the game.

Tried using a VPN, flushing DNS, verifying the game's integrity, and all the usual useless measures. Nothing helped.

There was a post yesterday saying it was caused by server equipment but that is has been solved (https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodes...bb74399cb05e35). However it's clearly not completely resolved.

The patch and more people playing might be a contributing factor. On Raiden yesterday I was having noticeable lag and latency issues, as were other people in groups I was with.

Hi! I want to add some information to the error:

I get disconected after the "Now loading" page, but only on ONE of my characters. I have another character in the same datancenter/world and when i try to log in with it, i have no problem. So, it's like certain characters get disconected after logging in, not even an account ptoblem.
As said before, with the non-loading character I can enter to other datacenters but when i return to home world the issue persists.

I am having this issue as well.

I know there is another thread about this titled specifically for the Primal Data Center; but I will add here as well.

I am having the same problem. The only character affected is my Main, which is the one I was playing last night when the problem started, all my Alts on that World are working fine.

Same here Having this problem today (1/11/2023) 3pm CST all day. I posted in the other thread and created in game bug report. I can log into all my characters but ONE and it's the one that got dropped from the game during the original crash 90002 and now I can't login at all on that character. Glad it's not my main, but very annoying I can't do anything on that character. Drops the minute it starts to login (travelling moogle animation).

Since yesterday i can't log in, i always get error code 90002, i tried using other wifi, wired and wireless, reinstalled the game, restarted the console, tried to login on windows (i was using only PS5) but nothing, i contected support and made a ticket, tried their suggestions but i can't login.

I just use one character so i don't know if i could login with other character.
