Unavailable to free companies

HI, I'm new to purchasing land here and my FC is trying to get a plot, but there are some that same unavailable to free companies, are free companies only allowed to purchase medium/large plots?

Since they started doing the lottery for housing after Endwalker dropped, they have specific wards designated for FC only and other wards are designated for personal home buyer. I believe the wards from 1 to 9 are for FC and 10 and up is for personal housing. I could be mistaken, which if that is the case, I wouldn't mind someone correcting me.

Edit: As a FC or personal, you can go for small, medium, and large :)

In the next patch, six wards are being added. Ward 25 is FC only. Ward 30 is Personal only. Wards 26-29 are FC and Personal. No restrictions on which type of size you bid on. Just which wards you can bid on.

Generally speaking, FC houses are easier to come by. Very easy if you want a small. Much harder if you want a medium or a large.

You may want to read this Lodestone topic to see which wards will allow FC purchase after the servers come up from maintenance tomorrow morning.

They wish. But no, you might be in an FC only ward. You can also see what ward is what when you look at the list of houses when entering the residential area. One with a bunch of dots in a pyramid is FC only, one where a tiny stick man is, is personal only. In a few hours, there will be some wards with both symbols.

this actually doesn't take effect until the 15th. Right now 1-9 are FC, 10-24 personal and 25-30 unavailable.

On your server, houses in wards 1-9 are FC only and houses in 10-24 are private buyer only. This is the last round that will have that system

As of next round, wards 1-6 and 25 will be FC only, wards 21-24 and 30 will be private buyers only, and everything else will be unrestricted.
