Nothing but errors on the website(s)

All I want to do is buy a couple job boosts.

I realize that a mere $35 isn't the amount that most bot accounts spend each month, so my financial input into the game doesn't rank me very high, but after entering my 2 factor authentication numerous times, trying different web browsers, and two different credit cards, all I ever get is a "401" error.

And when I go to the "official support" page and enter in all my account credentials and the 2FA AGAIN, what do I get?

HTTP Error 503 "This page isn't working"

I am unable to buy anything, the customer support page is completely broken.

How exactly am I supposed to get these issues resolved? (not that I even *want* to purchase anything at this point. Frustration has absolutely killed my desire to play, let alone buy anything).
