Payment System Stability and Reliability

I think there needs to be a review of the backend system for processing payments both for automatic payments and mog station, since it seems that you're likely to get 401 or similar errors at random. Just last week I successfully bought an outfit in Mog Station in firefox just by turning off my ad blockers, etc. I try helping a friend upgrade from a free trial to full version today? 401 error! I check on my instructions, I used last week on my own system? 401 error! With totally different banks and systems.

I'm not an expert, but it feels like the system is ... touchy? Since I can get 401 errors over different payment methods, systems, browsers, networks over different days. I appreciate it being paranoid with payment data, but it seems like if you look at it wrong it will decide it's no good give you the error then you have to wait 24 hours to try again.

The game is a lot of fun, but it's so hard at times to get friends to play when it's a struggle to pay at times - at seemingly random. Just let us give you guys money.
