lately having connection problem

lately i seem to be having connection problem, whenever i join a frontline or 24-main raid,
my game screen would randomly freeze, until a few minute later, all the animation would fast-forward from the time when my character freeze to the time i am unfreeze, somtime i would get 90006 error.

i tried to ping SE server @ 124.150.157.27, somtime i would receive time-out.

i believe there is a problem with SE server, it is unable to handle the load.

kindly check yr server log.
