Billing Question

Hello,

I pay for my subscription and retainer service using crysta and have a credit card registered. Will the system autorenew using the registered credit card or do I have to manually top up enough crysta before renewal takes place?

AFAIK it the payment method you used to pay for the service is the one used for auto renewal.

If you check it on the mogstation it should tell you what your payment method is. Also you should get send an email some days prior that informs you when you will get billed again. There you can also see if they will do it in Crysta.

in my case it's crysta, but my question is will the system use the registered credit card to auto top up the required amount to renew the monthly sub and retainer service? (I didn't directly use the credit card to add crysta originally)

Nope if you go over crysta the system will try to bill you in crysta if that isn't possible cause you don't have enough crysta the system will cancel your sub. So you would need to resub with a different billing method as far as i know.
