Mog Station / Sub Renewal

I am pulling my hair out with the Mog Station. I know this is a known issue, but are there any suggestions to get out of this loop. I am trying to re-sub and it just keeps looping me back to log in and verification screen. Have tried multiple browsers, cleared cookies and cache, logged out and and back in. Now I look at my bank account and there are eight $1 pending charges from Square on my account. I know those will disappear eventually, but it shows that they are connecting with my bank. As I said before, I know it's a known issue, but is there a work around that I'm not aware of?

Have literally been trying for 40 minutes. I'm a patient person, but this is too much.

I used Microsoft Edge when all other browsers failed me. This was the only way I could resolve the issue myself. Strange that I'm literally trying to give them money and they wouldn't take it.

Currently in the same boat, except its rejecting my card info for sub fee renewal and entry of card info. Checked my bank and card, both are in the green. Getting error 601: Which is when you don't have the appropriate funds, which i have more than plenty of for a sub fee. I went and bought Crysta (with my card) and was able to renew my sub fee that way. Def something wonky going on big time.

Also having this problem except Microsoft Edge & Crysta did not work for me. I just want to play :(

I would say try the Crysta route like I had to to see if that works. IF it does work. Other than that, all we can do is put in a support ticket and wait. Seems like this issue is happening to alot of people whose subs fall on this day

Having the exact same issue. It's unacceptable for a service like this to have constant issues. Almost every time I go to renew my payment info over the past 10 yers I have this exact same issue.
