I currently have two characters in FCs on the same server, and both FCs own plots. I am the FC master of one, and an officer with land bidding rights in the other. Does this mean that I am able to make a bid for relocation in either of them?

If any of your characters bought the original fc house for either fc and is still in the fc, only that character can relocate an fc house. Otherwise all your characters who have been a member for 30 days can relocate.
