While mounted on a Chocobo, an attempt to teleport results in a message indicating that you will dismount if you proceed. Choosing Yes results in loss of Anima (equal to the teleport cost for the chosen location), but the teleport never occurs.

Unless this was a new bug introduced in 1.22b, the teleport works for me.
