Cannot Home Transfer to NA DC

Hi All,

I'm trying to transfer a character from Materia - Sophia to Primal - Behemoth. When I go to Home Transfer and select Behemoth, or any other NA server, the original servers I can select from are only other NA servers. The drop down box does not show any other servers I have characters on.

If I pick servers from any other data centres (I tried Elemental - Kujata and Chaos - Luisoix) it shows all the servers I have characters on, and I'm able to pick Sophia and my character from there.

Only when I choose an NA destination world, my options to transfer characters shrinks to about 5 options.

I tried submitting a support ticket, but they just came back and asked to post here.
