ARR Complete Zeta Relic Not Showing in Drake's Menu

I've completed every Zeta Relic for ARR but Drake only shows some of them replicas in the menu.

3. Only certain relics visible

I have completed 10 Zeta Relics but they don't show up so I can't repurchase old relic steps. I just completed the NIN relic, so I bought the Zeta Replica to put in my Glamour Dresser. I went back to get the Novus Replica and the Menu option for the NIN was gone. The following relics are missing from the menu: NIN, PLD, MNK, DRG
