GM Chips Feedback

Hello everyone, this is my first post here and I hope it's in the correct place.

I recently had an interaction with a GM by the name of Chipsaquetzal I think it was? They mentioned being nicknamed GM Chips or GM Chips and Pretzels. This GM resolved an issue where I needed 850 Tomestones of Causality restored to my account after I mistakenly purchased a Lunar Longkilt of Casting rather than a Lunar Longkilt of Healing, which would have sank two weeks worth of Tomestones just about.

He was very pleasant to work with and resolved my issue concisely without any difficulties or hang ups. I found him to be an excellent mediator and highly praise his skills as a GM. As a player it's very reassuring to know that our concerns are handled by such skillful and caring people.

I mean, it is kind of a waste of the one-time item restoration. We're nearing the end of this patch's lifecycle and spending something you get *one* of per account lifetime on two weeks of tomes isn't a great move. That being said, glad the OP got the assistance they required and I hope they're more careful in the future.

Everytime I read " I guess", I always hear it with the Linkara voice impression Oney does

Good job, on praising someone for doing their job. Also, hope you never delete anything you may want or need cause it will not be restored.
