Small item fixes (QoL)

I'm posting here in addition to leaving comments under the items on the Eorzea Database.

Newly added coffers are misnamed:

• Inferno Weapon Coffer (IL 60)
  1. Coffer actually contains "Ifrit's" weapons. Inferno weapons are IL 95 and made with Demimateria.
• Vortex Weapon Coffer (IL 70)
  1. Coffer actually contains "Garuda's" weapons. Vortex weapons are IL 95 and made with Demimateria.
• Tidal Weapon Coffer (IL 95)
  1. Weapons are actually prefixed "Wave"; "Tidal Wave" weapons are IL 100 after an upgrade with Mirror of the Whorl.

Additionally, a coffer awarded on the main scenario quest "It's Possibly a Primal" contains normal quality items instead of high-quality ones. "Level 50 Weapon Coffer (IL 70)" contains craftable items that should be high-quality to be consistent will all expansion coffers containing craftable gear. Level 50 is when the quality difference is significant enough to make these weapons worse than they should be.
