I cant create a portait, all options and buttons are grey and i cant click and make one.
I thought the feature was unavailable for everyone, but is just me it seems.
I tried to re-install the game but nothing changed

It should be based on your gearsets now. You should see a list of gearsets in the portrait window.
oh that solved it! guess my lack of attention got the better of me again lol
