Crafting mat drops from treasure maps

Has anyone else noticed that all crafting mat drops seem to be removed from the old treasure maps? I have tried around 10 gliderskin and quite a few peisteskin maps and have come up with literally nothing. Did I miss some change in patch notes?

no you haven't missed anything, they just haven't moved the old rewards to the solo maps yet for some reason. what that reason is, we don't know. probably to preserve the price on the marketboard still.

Which rewards are you looking for? Sometimes RNG is just terrible.

Gliderskin maps I used to get fireglass leather, indigo cloth and other leather that I can't recall at the moment. Peisteskin dropped dress material pretty frequently. I generally did the gliderskin daily and would get something useful in 1-3 maps. When I realized it seemed the loot table was changed I purchased a bunch of maps from the mb and ran all of them back to back. No rare loot. All standard trash materials.

For what it’s worth, I got an indigo cloth a few days ago from a gliderskin map!

I also got an Indigo cloth about 3 days ago. Any Gliders since then have had nothing. Just did one that dropped 2 Mind Alkahest and no other item. I'll update when I do my next set of daily maps.

I have tried a few more times and still nothing. It does seem something was altered. The only thing I can think of is they made the change to deter RMT income. I don't understand why they would not mention it though. SE is usually good about that.

I know I've gotten a Dress Material from a Peisteskin map in the last 2 weeks. I had also gotten a Fireglass Leather about 4-6 weeks ago from a Gliderskin I did on a whim (I normally don't do those).

But I'm also probably not doing as many maps as you do since I tend to stick to what I gather myself on my alts. The items are still there but it's hard to say if SE might have changed the drop rates, or you're just hitting a string of bad RNG.

It would be very strange to make a hidden RMT hotfix mid week without a maintenance to an item with limited supply. If something was wrong it'd more likely be a bug.

Yea I think there may be a bug. I can't be 100% but like I said I used to get something decent every 1-3 maps. I ran 10 back to back and a few more a couple days after and literally nothing. I just get basic crafting mats like ingots etc. I will try a few more times though. I suppose it is possible my luck went completely south.
