Bots in CC Matches

I've started to notice what I think are bots in CC matches this week.

I could be mistaken, but player names like "Xvzoiuvyho Zzxvmnhb" etc. Clearly bot names that we see everywhere else doing their bot things (Eureka, fishing, running through walls and under maps, etc).

Is this a new thing? Is there some reason they're in CC matches now?
