Item Level Sync Alliance Roulette

Institute an item level sync on all alliance raid series. Make them sync to the item level that the raid drops. New players wanting to do the Mhachi raids, Ivalice, and Nier have to queue for far too long.

This would turn off the benefits players seek to have removing all their gear to force their queue to put them in the Crystal Tower raid series because there would be necessary execution of raid mechanics rather than absurdly out-leveled mechanic skipping.

For example:

• Labyrinth of the Ancients: ilvl sync 80
• Syrcus Tower: ilvl sync 100
• World of Darkness: ilvl sync 120
