Gold Saucer FC Event suggestions

Hello people

As the Event Manager of my FC I have a question:
Something on my "to do" list is a Gold Saucer evening doing the GATE's that GS provides. My biggest problem however is the downtime between these mini-events. I can't for the life of me figure out what to do...
I've thought about a small "hide and seek" but that seems tedious with the constant having to move about between event locations.
I've also thought of a "find this screenshot" (scavenging-hunt-esque) but I feel there's too much that looks alike in the GS.

Can anyone help me with some suggestions on what to do during the downtime?

My partner used to run GS events for his FC and they mainly did GATEs and chocobo racing with small giveaways in between.

Do the mini-games, like you are on a group trip to an arcade. Triple Triad Tournaments, even if you all don’t get into the same one. Try to knock out some of the Challenge Log objectives. Raffle off some small prizes (cheap minions, glams, etc.).

Chocobo racing and Triple Triad are both multiplayer activities.
