Can't access forums or get past account setup.

Although I have resolved this I wanted to post this for any one else who may be having this same problem and googled it, and because I do have a suggestion on this toppic.

If your having this problem.
You have to click on the star in the portrait, it will turn blue then you can save the changes, otherwise the page just refreshes with no changes.

My suggestion.
To the devs, please, please, PLEASE, if you just add one line to the page that explains this for those who are trying to set up the account, then no one will have this issue again.
