AF and Company Choco only in PvP?

I was thinking about this last night in Secure with people complaining that the big hovering name over enemies wasn't easy to identify fast enough.

Would it change PvP in some way if everyone is loaded onto the map in dyed AF gear and only able to ride company branded chocobo, excepting Wolf's Den armor? If there was an issue with reading, it might help some people be able to say 'yup, that's a paladin, pretty obvious' or 'that is clearly an Immortal MNK'.

It wasn't a good argument they were making (they didn't state they had an issue), and I don't know enough about learning/functional diagnoses that would make it difficult. If you were the right type of color-blind and the party says 'Attack Yellow <se.5>!', is a massive yellow blob easier to distinguish than a bunch of blue and yellow names dancing around and through each other? Does anyone with dyslexia have issues with class names?
