Gil faucets: What am I missing?

I know I’ve asked a variation of this before, but I worded it badly and it derailed the thread. I’ve also been playing for longer and have a point of comparison now, and a better sense of what “a lot of gil” is, in different contexts.

I run multiple leveling roulettes a day on multi-job alts as the role in need. I have my somewhat geared level 90 retainers bringing in coins that I feed to the doman enclave once a week. I’m aware that FC submarines are a thing, and I’ve even found a way to monetize GC seals at just over 50% conversion to gil.

Are there any other non-marketboard gil faucets, that I can reasonably pursue on my own power, that I’m missing out on? I ask this because I went to a nightclub recently and watched a friendly “slave auction” thing see someone go for 9-digits. I don’t need to buy any slaves, but it still made me feel like such “a poor” at how I’d recently heavily dented my life savings to outfit myself with an almost complete arsenal of moonlit weapons (for character concept). There’s such a wealth disconnect between some sects of players, and while I realize there’s no substitute for just playing for a decade, I just want to make sure there isn’t some accessible gil faucet (so “generating gil, not trading or working for someone else’s gil”) source I’ve overlooked. I just want to be able to buy glam or maybe even a house without wondering “how do I make that back any time soon,” without relying on the crap shoot of the marketboard, you know?

Levequests are probably the biggest source of easy gil at 9-11K a pop from the level 90 CUL/ALC leves.

If you'd like something a little more...involved, soloing SB treasure maps with BLU is also good since you can pawn off some of the drops for a fairly decent price on top of the raw gil.

But yeah levequests are one of the only non-marketboard gil makers beyond roulettes

2) I have capped blue mage but I don’t know Jack about treasure maps. As a 90 Omni crafter/gatherer and capped blue mage, are SB maps a wholly solo thing?

2) I have capped blue mage but I don’t know Jack about treasure maps. As a 90 Omni crafter/gatherer and capped blue mage, are SB maps a wholly solo thing?

1) it's current post nerf value. Even better, it's for the delivery of just one HQ item batch, so you don't have to craft three batches of an item to get them. If you have both at level 90, you are in because you can craft both and then pick the lion's share from the level quests.

2) they are soloable as BLU, but don't take my word for it since I haven't tried it.

It's got some hefty spell requirements. It's absolutely doable, just takes some set up.

Not really. If it's just opening maps, Ram's Voice and Ultravibration is mostly all you really need. Pretty sure most/all map mobs are vulnerable to instant death. Although, do run into problems with any that spawn in waves. Gets a bit tedious.

If we're talking Uznair.. I recall having trouble managing to solo as BLU. Aquapolis was pretty easy, tho.

I remember doing BLU light parties in Uznair and things got spicy.
