New Patch 1.22b Inn Sidequests not working

Anybody been able to get these sidquests to work in game?

1. The Usual Suspect
2. In Plain Sight
3. Private Eyes

I have the [item]Gauwyn the Gannet Wanted Notice[/item] in my inventory from Otopa Pottopa. I have logged in and out of through the Inn several times and I never get prompted for to start the quest.

Is there some trick to this? I did see that only so many of these quests can be in progress at any given time in the notes, but I did not expect to have to wait days!

Anybody else get this?
Anybody else had it work and what did you do?
Am I just being impatient? lol

Just curious, I was really wanting to see Hildebrand again! (at least I assume that he was going to reappear in a long list of sidequests at the inn. Sort of a Detective novel chain of quests!)

You are mostly being impatient. I do believe you need at least a couple of hours offline before it'll trigger.
THAT SAID-
It appears that the quests have an order in which to go through, first in Ul'Dah, then Gridania, then Limsa Lominsa. That is speculation, however

Staying logged out for 12 hours wasn't enough for my Ul'dah quest. Hope it's not as random as the nightmares <_<
