A toggle for collars on coats to tackle hair clipping (requiring minor coat remodels)

Probably not the first to suggest and request this, but I think it would be worthwhile to have some minor remodelling work performed on select coats and tops that have wide and/or tall collars, with a view to creating a toggle to remove the collars or enable a lower/lesser graphic of said collars (similar to visor toggle). The objective being to overcome hair clipping issues if the player so wishes.

Examples I would give are the Exarchic Fending and Maiming tops, Bonewicca Striking, Aiming, Fending and Casting tops (and their Manusya variants), and Alliance tops of Casting and Healing (and their Darkhempen and Facet Gathering variants).

On the Exarchics, just removing the tall outer collar and front metal bridge piece would be enough and perfect- leaving the tighter inner neck collar alone as this does not clip.

The Bonewicca/Manusya and Alliance/Darkhempen tops could just get their fur collars trimmed greatly, or possibly remove/remodel the whole hood segment in the case of the Bonewicca/Manusyas.
