Duty Finder queue/time elapsed not displaying on one char but fine on another

Hi on Excalibur for about 4 months now on my main char (Bernie Madoff) whenever i join a queue, whether it's an insta fill on healer or 10 minute wait on DPS (and primarily using roulette) the only info in the Duty Finder overlay is "Readying duty..." no elapsed/average time nor place in the queue

Another char on the same account (idaho russet) sees the times and queue position like normal.

This is not intermittent, i play nightly and has been the case without fail since the summer.

Based off the provided description of this issue, it seems that this may be a bug rather than a technical issue. I would recommend trying to adjust your UI settings to see if it has any affect.
