Allow tail components to be removed

Many equipment pieces have a tail designed for races with a tail - which makes sense, however on races without a tail those look very off. Maybe make a button to remove the tail , or perhaps have it removed by default if your race is not one with a tail?
ex: DRK's level 90 artifact armor.
