Characthere transfer not working from EU to NA

Hi,

I've been trying to bring my characters back to the Crystal DC.

I get the following error when trying to transfer to any NA DC (including dynamis) from EU:

When selecting another EU world, I don't have the same issue. I've tried late at night and early morning, and I keep getting the same error message.

Weirdly it worked when I selected only one char, luckily, it's the one I wanted to bring over.
Maybe the fact that the other char needed a name change was causing issues?

Anyway, I'm happy enough with my main char moved back to crystal.

If one of your characters required a name change to be completed, it is very likely that the system may have restricted you from moving or transferring that character to another server. However, I'm glad to hear that you were able to resolve this issue. In the meantime, I'll be going ahead and moving this thread to the 'Closed Concerns' subforums.
