1. Datacenter travel seems to be broken and I'm not even going to the new datacenter, I've been stuck in datacenter travel for over a half hour, I was going from Aether to Primal. is my character stuck now? I'm on PS5

Data center travel is usually fast, but in times of congestion may take up to 30 minutes.

In extreme moments of congestion, such as after a major patch or event on a particular data center, it can take longer than 30 minutes.

Obviously, everyone is trying to go to Dynamis right now so it's taking longer than 30 minutes but it will be better when the interest wanes.

I specifically said I was NOT trying to go to Dynamis, I am going to Primal and it's been over an hour.

It's possible the amount of travel to Dynamis affects travel to other data centers as well, because it's likely one server managing the transition between all of them.
