Steps:
1. As a Sage, apply ''Eukrasian Diagnosis'' to player target
2. The allied player target erects self barrier. I. E. Dark Knight uses ''The Blackest Night''
3. Regardless whether ''The Blackest Night'' is applied before or after ''Eukrasian Diagnosis'', ''TBN'' shatters first, resulting in me (Sage) receiving an ''Addersting'' proc. This results in me gaining TWO ''Addersting'' procs from a single skill usage (''TBN'' + ''ED*).

I noticed this bug has not been addressed in the coming release of patch 6.28.
The area of exploit for this bug, is mostly in hard-core multiplayer speed runs as an un-implemented source of damage increase.
